I ordered a bed in this small factory, but was made too short, and the mattress could not be put in, and the owner was unwilling to listen and negotiate with me. I have tried to communicate with him but he was so rude and unreasonable and always ignore my messages. He asked me to pay 200 dollars for his frieghts, if I want him to fix and then he will come and pick this bed up from my house.
