sold my dress out from under me and refused to help in any sort of way. was extremely rude over the phone and had a terrible attitude. would never purchase anything from here again and would advise everyone to do the same
I had a wonderful experience at echo . Soad was amazing with us . She knew exactly whatever are looking for and gathered many options for me and my daughters to try on according to what we had described for her . She was very helpful throughout the way and super friendly which made our experience good one . She was very patience and didn’t leave us hanging . We found what we are looking for from a variety of stunning dresses and reasonable prices . Thanks suaad for all your help

I cannot recommend Echo Evening enough! After another store lost my order, I was in a panic trying to find the perfect dress for my daughter’s bat mitzvah. We drove to Calgary from the US to find a prom dress from my daughter. We luckily went to Echo Evenings first. The staff, Luisa was very patient with us. We had to leave their store first to look for some other options around town. We ended up going back to this store because of the following reasons: -Their selections of clothing are elegant and updated! - Echo Evenings Dresses are clean and you will not think of being grossed to try them on like the other places!
