I've used Echo four times and had superior service each time. Zachary is very responsive; I was very pleased as I've had other companies ignore my calls and texts for days. They arrive on time, work quickly, are courteous and so very knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. Marc and another young gentleman (apologize, I didn’t not get his name), came yesterday to install my new dining room light fixture. They notified me that they would arrive early, which worked out really well. They went right to work. They did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with their work. Really nice guys. I will contact Echo in the future.
