I bought a new build from Sunnyside/echo in 2020 that I still live in, and they have been a hard to reach and dishonest company. They did not honor their warranty and strung me along with delays for 4 years until one of the owners - Tony Zangoglia - ghosted me and stopped responding to texts, calls, and voicemails. My new construction home was extremely delayed and left me homeless for months. I had a 12 month warranty, but they were completely unresponsive when I sent my final inspection with a list of requested repairs before my warranty ended. From start to finish, they were very disappointing to work with.

Tony and his team did the TI work for our wine shop and it really turned out great. Working with Sunnyside as our GC made the whole process smooth and easy. Their professionalism and expertise is tough to find. I highly recommend Sunnyside Builders.
