Very professional from the time of quote to installation. Communication was 2nd to none. Installation team(especially team leader) where so professional and accommodating. Would recommend to all my friend and beyond.
I had Gerad come out recently as our 20yr old Daikin unit finally died on us and alas a replacement was needed. Gerad took the time to have a good look at the old unit, the layout of the house and recommended different options tailored to suit our needs. Really happy with the team from Echo. We went with ducted aircon in 4 rooms and a split system in another. Our home is an older style with patterned ceilings, and the vents were placed with great care. When quoting and measuring for the job, Martin took his time to talk us through our options and to explain that they are experienced with older homes. Third time I'll used Echo Air Conditioning and the whole process was smooth and professional plus the price was great. The installation team cleaned up properly and were polite and punctual. Highly recommended by us.
The company is very respectful of your home. The staff are genuine down to earth friendly people. They fixed what I thought was an impossible job. I had no drainage fitted and live wiring was left hanging off the side of my home by the last dodgy installer. Echo made sure that the issues were rectified and the cost was more than reasonable.
