I had Gerad come out recently as our 20yr old Daikin unit finally died on us and alas a replacement was needed. Gerad took the time to have a good look at the old unit, the layout of the house and recommended different options tailored to suit our needs. Really happy with the team from Echo. We went with ducted aircon in 4 rooms and a split system in another. Our home is an older style with patterned ceilings, and the vents were placed with great care. When quoting and measuring for the job, Martin took his time to talk us through our options and to explain that they are experienced with older homes.
