Don’t ever write reviews, but for this occasion I will. Start off by saying this was my first time here at echo for a first time date. As soon as I stepped inside and saw / felt the vibe I knew it was gonna be good. The waitress & host forgot about us and we waited about 20 minutes to be greeted which really wasn’t the biggest deal because I was having conversation with my date. The Asian fusion food was incredible with many different flavors! Beef spare rib meat was tasty paired with some spicy slaw. Tiger shrimp was breaded but just lightly fried. Bok Choi was ok. Sushi roll special was delicious with minimal rice like we preferred. And the desert sampler (boat) was to die for! Food and Atmosphere were great! Julian was our server and he went above and beyond to give us an amazing experience. definitely will be back!
Exceptional restaurant! The best dinner we had in years! The food was outstanding, a real special culinary experience. Orlando, our waiter was way beyond American standards, friendly, educated, always there when needed, a smile on his face the whole time. We will definitely be coming back many times! Thank you Echo-Team for this wonderful night!
