Been going to Dr. G for years, always a 1.5 hour wait for a 30 second med check, stay very very far away!! Will be calling around.
So I make a appoinmnrt for 10:30 for therapy they said it was at 10 when I clearly remember it was at 10:30 then the guy come says I’m ten minutes late but when I call the lady said it was fine to come in! Their are very unorganized and I didnt like how they reacted to my response I’ll take my insurance elsewhere very unprofessional and rude
Failed to proceed with a referral and on the 15th it’ll be a month since I went in person to the office, I have called many times during their business hours and nobody answers, it’s also impossible to leave a voice message and they don’t respond to emails.
This is by far the worst experience you can get at a doctors office. The people that work here are unprofessional and purposely schedule you with PAs when your going in for appointments that require prescriptions. That way you have to pay your copay and go to another doctors office to actually get what you need. This place is a scam! I had been sent to the area since the quest lab we had originally gone to for my grandma to get blood work done was closed, and happened to get lost in the directions the place gave along the way. I stopped in to the place and the person at the reception was kind and understanding, helping me get directions to where my grandma needed to go.
