Go to any other primary care doctor ECHN is a scam and a waste of time. at first This place was pretty nice , but then I met the nurses and the doctor and realized nobody in this building cares about your actual health. 1st of all I know my body ive been in alot of pain which is why I even came to get looked at doctor refuses to refer me to get an MRI says if I go to therapist first then shell refer me to an MRI. Kept insisting it was probably just a pulled muscle without even touching my injury at all she must be a pyschic ... read more
Just love giving credit where credit is due. It was my first time visiting this office for my annual physical (I moved and also switched insurance) and I must say WOW. From start to finish this practice was AMAZING. I’ve NEVER had such wonderful experiences at the doctors lol. Everyone was so kind and considerate, and took time to show me around which goes a long way in my book. It’s the little things... The front desk receptionists were so pleasant and friendly. The medical group staff need more customer service training. They need to watch their mouths better on the phone and in person. The lab was one out of ten stars. I do not plan to ever go there again. Bad experience that took an hour, and usually would be ten or fifteen minutes. They need help badly over there asap.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Bali, Shammi a week in advance for 3:00 PM. I checked in 15 minutes early, even though they advised me to arrive 30 minutes early. After waiting for over an hour, I asked about my turn, and she said she needed to check how much longer it would take. Since I had another commitment, I asked them to cancel my appointment because I couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. In total, they wasted two hours of my time, including travel, and I wasn’t even able to see the doctor.
Unprofessional desk staff. Pathetic. Doctors are average
