They can't be bothered to answer their phones even for the prescription company. Therefore, my prescriptions went unfilled as they were unable to contact the prescriber. I called a few times to ask about bloodwork but no one ever answered. I did get a call-back the next day. Communication does not exist and their knock-off MyChart app is trash. I have no choice but to go someplace more competent.
I have been going to this office for years. Unfortunately the turnaround with PCPs has been frequent over the years, but I do like my current one. My biggest complaint is the how short and rude one of the Office Assistants can be in this office. Discouraging. Treat others as how you want to be treated.
