They made me wait 1.5 hours past my appointment time. I showed up 15 minutes early. By the time the appointment was over, the office staff had left and I wasn't able to make a follow up appointment. I needed to get a quick response yesterday but they would not answer the phone. The poor operator lady and was overwhelmed.
I recently saw Dr. Burke who is new to the practice. I didn't know what to expect walking in so I was a bit nervous. Dr. Burke clearly explained what the treatment entailed and what we would be doing that day, before we got started. He made me feel very comfortable and it was an overall good experience!
This office is amazing and so are all the staff that work within it. My heart goes out to all whom work tirelessly to help those affected by the pandemic. I was so lucky to have Met Dr. Russell. I suffer from PTSD due to MST and I’m so glad that I mentioned my trauma to Dr. Russell. I usually don’t bring up my trauma to anybody, but Dr. Russell holds such a compassionate demeanor that I felt comfortable in her presence to mention it and I’m glad I did.
