I had heard good things about one of the doctor's at this practice and so I went about trying to make an appointment. I had 2 referrals sent (via fax at the number this office provided). I followed up on each only to be told they did not receive the fax. Mind you they chastise you for calling them to check on a referral as they tell you they will call you but then when weeks go by with no call and you call to follow up they simply don't have the referral.
