Terrible attitude… earlier I have been informed that reports will be mailed to home address but now when inquired the status… it’s like “no, we never mail it” by the same nurse (my family member received for their work)… I think the attitude change is due to transition from ECHN to Hartford Health….. good that they are getting rid of them.
