The ladies were wonderful and really made my 6 year old feel comfortable getting his blood drawn for the first time. No wait time either.
TREATED HORRIBLY!! Fasted 12 hours, anxious about needles and got there 25 minutes before they opened. Brought my insurance card, ID and a digital copy of the work order. They needed a physical copy. Offered to email to them to print. Unacceptable to them or they just didn't want to take the extra 5 minutes to do that. "I will have to come back another time". I will never go back there!! Horrible treatment from employee. This was my first time going to ECHN for blood work up. My first encounter was a rude and unhappy receptionist not the way I want to be greeted when I walk into a medical office. I was waiting for about 45 minutes and a half I had to step out the door to take a call from work.
