I really like the doctor, but am tired of dealing with the office staff. Calls are not returned, forms not mailed, prescriptions not renewed without calling at least twice. The telephone menu is particularly annoying, you must listen to several minutes of nonsense before you can reach your party. Also, email is not available. Office is clean and equipment seems up to date.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here.
