If you're ordering any equipment call and ask if it's in stock first. Even then I don't know that it will help. I'm currently going on 5 weeks since ordering a stair stepper. Customer service has no answers except to offer me 5% off on a water bottle. They pretty much sell the only compact stepper so I'm trying to be patient. But I will never do business with Echelon again. ***update, going on 6 weeks (notified BBB)
