Excellent selection of bicycles and biking accessories. I have purchased 2 bicycles from Echelon over the years. What stands out to me is Echelon's service -- quick, far more than competent, truly the best I've experienced in NYC cycle shops. Always a pleasure.

These guys are the best. Nice, super helpful, very knowledgable, always a pleasure to deal with. At other shops, if you're not obviously a bike racer, 100-mile hardcore trek kind of person, you're greeted with disdain, but never here.

Fantastic experience from this shop! Had multiple points of customer service contact with them throughout the week and they were super helpful at every stage. I couldn’t find any shops that were carrying hard shell travel cases. I called echelon and they were super helpful with locating what they had in stock, and also asking if I’d it to be set aside for me to come for it another day. Mr. Gino is very enthusiastic and helpful. He guided me through my purchase well, and the bike I selected is nice and comfortable. I think echelon offers decent services. However, my bike's rear derailleur hanger broke after I had purchased it for only 22 hours. It's incredibly annoying, and the quality of the hanger is conspicuously poor. I cannot get an immediate fix for the bike in the store, which makes me somewhat awkward. We have rented bikes for 2 full days. Very professional team. Fast efficient and so much sympathetic. I highly recommend this shop.
