This place had the most amazing customer service I've ever encountered. They stayed open late and were very cool about it, despite me being a first time customer. They explained why I needed something that was pricier than I'd expected in a clear way. Then, they gave me a discount. Would definitely recommend them, in whatever incarnation is in their future

Fantastic experience from this shop! Had multiple points of customer service contact with them throughout the week and they were super helpful at every stage. I couldn’t find any shops that were carrying hard shell travel cases. I called echelon and they were super helpful with locating what they had in stock, and also asking if I’d it to be set aside for me to come for it another day. Recently had a break repaired at the shop. Put $100 down payment for a tune up (at the time they mentioned it would be wiped down after) and paid $150 additional for the break repair. After picking up my bike the break was fixed well but literally nothing else on the bike appears to be touched/tuned up and wasn’t even wiped.

Mr. Gino is very enthusiastic and helpful. He guided me through my purchase well, and the bike I selected is nice and comfortable. I think echelon offers decent services. However, my bike's rear derailleur hanger broke after I had purchased it for only 22 hours. It's incredibly annoying, and the quality of the hanger is conspicuously poor. I cannot get an immediate fix for the bike in the store, which makes me somewhat awkward. In this place I had a very unpleasant experience, the truth is I went with my partner, we were looking for a bicycle spare part and we had already bought an item in another store and we asked him for a spare part, it seemed very expensive to me and I left and this man came out of the store to yell at me and take the object that I bought in another store, he was practically trying to tell me that I had stolen it from his store and he struggled with me and I told him what was wrong, I had the receipt and he didn't listen to me... read more
