Very friendly and knowledge staff. Reasonable prices for repairs. They seem to have a nice selection of bikes, parts and accessories, but since I was not shopping for such, I did not notice much more.
In this place I had a very unpleasant experience, the truth is I went with my partner, we were looking for a bicycle spare part and we had already bought an item in another store and we asked him for a spare part, it seemed very expensive to me and I left and this man came out of the store to yell at me and take the object that I bought in another store, he was practically trying to tell me that I had stolen it from his store and he struggled with me and I told him what was wrong, I had the receipt and he didn't listen to me... read more
Fantastic experience from this shop! Had multiple points of customer service contact with them throughout the week and they were super helpful at every stage. I couldn’t find any shops that were carrying hard shell travel cases. I called echelon and they were super helpful with locating what they had in stock, and also asking if I’d it to be set aside for me to come for it another day. Aaron was awesome to work with and their team helped spot a couple of major safety issues in my bike. Best local bike shop in Manhattan!
I just remember one time i came here to borrow a bike pump and they pointed at this old pump by the door. The valve holder was busted, it couldn't lock onto the Presta valve. So I asked one of the guys to another bike pump. He came to me and said "Do you even know how to do this?" Pointed to my valve extender, and asked "What is even that, that's not presta?"
