New management is great! My apartment looks really nice. I had a concern and maintenance got on it right away. Fixed it the same day. So far so good for me. Everyone has their own personal experience. As for me I’m am happy.
Had a few personal issues at home and had to find a place to live suddenly and urgently. Got recommend these apartments through a friend. Called and talked to Gladis. Who helped my through the whole process. She was very professional and efficient. She was able to move me in just when I needed to and make the application and paper work process so easy. I would recommend this place, and gladis to anyone !:)
I had high hopes for living at this apartment complex, but what started as a fresh start, quickly turned into one of the scariest experiences of my life. Within the first few months of living at this apartment complex, I started being harassed on a daily basis by my next-door neighbor. I had to get help from the apartment complex to mediate the situation, which they did and I was really grateful for. UPDATE: the corporate office just threatened to charge us last months rent after they comped it weeks ago, unless I take this review down. The pro is that they gave us last month free as there were so many issues. Con is they are going back on their word and charging for last month unless I delete this review. We have had to deal with 7 Rats in our apartment, broken AC 3 times, broken dishwasher indefinitely, the electrical and plumbing are not to code (told to us by electricians and plumbers), and our washer has been out fo... read more
