At first, the service is good, but after a while, it’s not as good.
We are very pleased with the product and process that Ecg used. Jason was very detail oriented and explained each part of the process thoroughly. The crew was knowledgeable, dependable, efficient and skilled. They cleaned up after themselves and completed their work in very adverse weather conditions. Installing solar was a big step and it took us a while to decide to move forward. We were never pushed or hounded by this company.
