Good install but not much after support. Their Solar Hub devices had issues connecting to wifi for longer than a day. Haven't heard back since the bill was paid.
I have had solar panels, batteries and a heat pump hot water system installed by ECG, and working with them has been nothing but a pleasure. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service have been evident in every interaction. Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience! I have had the worst customer experience with this company. Since December 15, 2024, I have been chasing them to complete the installation of my system. While the panels were installed, the system has never been fully connected or functional. The scheduling team has been unresponsive, repeatedly canceling appointments and providing weak excuses. Very happy with the service provided by ECG
We had our solar array installed by ECG 15 months ago. They were absolutely fantastic, really professional, responsive and engaged. Straight after installation we had an issue with the inverter (not ECG's fault, a manufacturer issue with the unit), and ECG rapidly responded, negotiated with the manufacturer on our behalf and got it replaced it with minimal fuss or issues. They went above and beyond with their customer service. I highly rate ECG and would recommend them to anyone looking for a solar installation.
