ECG have installed my solar panels, inverter and battery at home and couldn’t be happier with their service and quality of work! On the day of my install the guys had an emergency call out prior to my job, which took longer than expected, but they still showed up after hours on a Friday afternoon and worked into the night in freezing cold conditions and dripping rain just to get my place all sorted. Really appreciate their teams dedication.
ECG installed our solar panels and we have returned to them for the battery because of their excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier.
Good install but not much after support. Their Solar Hub devices had issues connecting to wifi for longer than a day. Haven't heard back since the bill was paid.
I have had solar panels, batteries and a heat pump hot water system installed by ECG, and working with them has been nothing but a pleasure. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service have been evident in every interaction. Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience! I have had the worst customer experience with this company. Since December 15, 2024, I have been chasing them to complete the installation of my system. While the panels were installed, the system has never been fully connected or functional. The scheduling team has been unresponsive, repeatedly canceling appointments and providing weak excuses.
