Last week ECG removed an existing 15 year old 10kw system which had 55 panels and they installed a new 10kw system with 21 panels. The team did an excellent job and my new system is working efficiently which I can monitor using the solar edge app. The system looks excellent and I now have sufficient roof space to add another 10kw system with battery when my current 20 year contract expires. I highly recommend ECG who are a Canberra based company.
Edit After having a warranty claim with my Tesla Powerwall 2 battery, ECG are so busy they no longer answer their phone and give hollow promises about when they will replace the Powerwall battery. Disappointing as I was going to recommend them to a couple of friends who wanted solar/battery systems. It seems they are booked out for months and don't have time to fit a warranty claim in. Battery was installed in July. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. We have had no problems since installation, and it seems to be working perfectly.
Recently had ECG install Solar at our home. Their approach to the task was very professional and friendly, from the initial advisory and quotation process, through to the install and later follow-up. Everything was completed on time, and the system is working great. If considering the install of solar at your home, I can highly recommend ECG.
