Edit: issue was resolved after a couple of visits. Now very happy with their support. Good install but not much after support. Their Solar Hub devices had issues connecting to wifi for longer than a day. Haven't heard back since the bill was paid.
ECG originally installed our 12kw system in 2022 and have just recently installed batteries to provide storage and back up. The team’s constant updates, follow ups and workmanship are second to none. From the first (of a few) requests for quotes and changes to quotes they have been accommodating and very prompt in their responses. I would highly recommend ECG to all looking for personal and professional service in anything electrical not just solar.
I’ve had two bad experiences with ECG electrical. Years ago they sold me a hot water heater pump, then when it began leaking soon after they refused to replace it, initially making me deal with the wholesale vendor directly (against consumer laws) then when I pushed back they came to “fix” it. Every 6 months it would leak again and they would come back. After 4-5 years of this I paid for a plumber to come and try to fix it properly and it turned out they had been using low quality parts that weren’t rated for my water pressu... read more
