ECFA is a wonderful organization. With each encounter they were professional, loving, and helpful. They were instrumental in our adoption journey. We can’t thank them enough!
They are more concerned about making their hours and making a check then actually caring about the newly moms who are looking for help for their newborn. I had one girl who was great. Then when I was switched the second one was judgmental to me. Then dropped me soon later which i already had the feeling she was trying to do. She even told me she was closing my case earlier then suppose to. I expressed my concerns to the supervisor Faith and she didn’t help instead backed up her employee and could care less about my issues.
