Well received Informed and knowledgeable reception and technicians. Prompt and respectful service
After very poor service from another body shop nominated by our insurer I requested a change. ECF were nominated. Contact was immediate, the offered date for collection was honoured, confirmations by text or email were clear ( and not repeated which was a major issue with the other body shop!). Staff were personable, efficient and clear in communication. The repair was excellent and the car was returned promptly when the repair was completed . Not that I want another accident but excellent service.
