Mr. Morgan gave me fair market value of my condo, which my realtor used. Realtor had buyer within two weeks just below appraisal. Condo association was uncooperative, but based on appraisal I was able to sell and closed a month or so later. Thanks Mr. Morgan for speedy work and cooperation with my realtor.
