Wow. What a brutal phone call with Ecco Calgary this morning. I was simply trying to buy a motor—something I’ve purchased from them before—but the person on the other end couldn’t have made it clearer they weren’t interested in helping me at all. Zero effort, zero customer service. It honestly felt like I was bothering them just by calling. Hard to believe a company would treat a repeat customer this way.
