You dont have to wait... a great experience for me
RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE. My last visit they gave me the wrong item, so I went back. The woman at the front desk was extremely impatient, as if I was trying to make trouble for them (not a single apology). The warehouse workers were also extremely unhelpful, and had bad attitudes. One of them even shoved the piece of paper in my face when I tried to look at it to make sure they didn’t get it wrong a second time.
Avoid at all costs!!!! Horrible customer service and Horrible pricing. If you like getting screwed and paying double the price of literally any comparable supplier in the area then come here and get ready to be taken advantage of. It's beyond me how they are even in business. Pathetic and they don't care. Thier excuse ( we don't make the prices blah blah ) they really don't care if you ever come here. Dear Ecco Building Supply Team, I am writing to express my concern about an associate named Jacek Zajaczkowski. As a local home builder, I have encountered Jacek’s rude behavior and racist remarks towards myself and my employees on multiple occasions.
