The quality and beauty of our sunroom is amazing! We love it and it is exactly how we imagined it. Andrew , Pilar and Eddie were very professional and attentive to our wants. I would recommend Ecco to anyone!
We had seen their TV ads many times and are now 60 miles south of Chesapeake, but decided to compare their product with a competitor in our NE North Carolina market. ECCO's quality far surpassed theirs but were within the same price range. We had an awning installed. The product is good. I love the awning. My complaint is their customer service. It's terrible. We called after installation with a problem we wanted fixed. We didn't get a response and soon let it go because the awning (electric) was working but with a knocking sound. But recently called for repair when the awning got blown down during storm (my fault). It's been 2 weeks since I sent them photos of the awning and once again I have not heard back. I've called them so it's a wait and see when I hear... read more

They made our dreams a reality by designing and constructing our beautiful enclosed deck with vinyl sunspace 4-track window panels. Extremely solid company to do business with! It is quite a breath of fresh air to deal with people who are truly experts at what they do. ECCO is undoubtedly the best company to do your porch conversion or any other project with, in the entire area. They took the time to ask us what we did not like about our porch as it was and what we hoped to gain by converting it.
