They are not a hairdresser who provides good service at all. I didn't like it because they have zero experience with hair and they said they would fix it again. I went back and they never did it again. They delayed me and said they were uncomfortable doing my hair. I definitely do not recommend it. I condemn this behavior.

We love Ecco Waunakee for our whole family! Shianna is my go to for cuts and colors!! Our 6yo son absolutely loves getting his hair cut and most stylists also give him a wonderful wash experience, too! Clean, friendly and great staff!
