Nataly had a great sense of flair, from the minute she introduced herself to her good bye. She was honest and ultimately guided me to the exact hairstyle that I was looking to achieve. She was both engaging and relaxed and I highly recommend!
Hairstylist was friendly and did an amazing job at cutting my daughter's hair. I give her a 5 but a 4 for things out of her control. Overall would definitely be back for a haircut!
All staff were so nice and professional. My stylist Megan is top notch! This was my first time and I’m definitely coming back!
I booked an appointment online, and it was lost somehow on the online system on the salon’s end. The stylist I had booked did not offer to tell management about this issue; it was simply made out to be my fault. I think it’s pretty basic customer service to respect the customer, but this interaction was not that. This was an uncomfortable experience, and I will not attempt to book an appointment again. Do NOT book online, it seems to be unreliable, and I don’t have faith it will change.
Nataly did an AMAZING job! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! Helped recommend a color for me & it turned out great! Will definitely be back to see Nataly! Thanks Nataly!
