I had recently moved into ecco apartments, and had no issues with getting things rolling. Tina has been awesome, from the initial tour of the spaces to signing the papers. The apartments are nice, and the grounds are well maintained. Only problem ive come across is some residents dont pick up after their dogs, but you can only do so much for that. So far, my renting experience has been great.
Tina is fabulous she was extremely helpful and everything has been great since we moved in. Communication is timely and efficient, the apartments are well cared for. Only complaint is parking is absolutely terrible, if you're not home before 8pm you get to find a street spot, for a single mom with girls it gets a lil sketchy.
Tina, the assistant manager, is a blessing to me! I have high anxiety and get overwhelmed when out of my comfort zone (especially anything related to computers lol). Tina single handedly helped me through everything needed to rent. I couldn't have done it without her! I hope this company knows what an asset she is! Staff and management are wonderful and do what they can to help. Parking spaces are needed. Residents often don’t pick up dog poop, it has gotten so bad that kids no longer play in the grass. Cars get broken into often as do the bike lockers that are on property. The apartments as a whole are beautiful but are getting to be overpriced. They don’t have AC and if you get a portable unit you blow the breaker a lot in the summer.
