If I could give them a zero, I would. We have retained this office for almost 4 years and, after all this time, 15 days of hearings and spending close to half a million dollars between lawyer fees, travel expenses, experts, etc. our case was simply dismissed. Is not as we have lost the case, it was dismissed! Either we had no case to begin with or the case was not correctly structured/presented be the lawyers. We cannot begin to Thank Mr.Eccleston and Ms. Chavers for everything they have done to help us. We became involved in what turned out to be a Very Bad investment. We were so stressed , because this investment was funded with a large portion of our retirement money. We contacted Mr. Eccleston and he agreed to help us. We were so relieved.
