Always clean and tidy. Staff are always polite and helpful. Only downside is the parking, and disabled spot always taken by one without a blue badge.
A big shout out to the lady receptionist she is absolutely brilliant she sorted a wheel chair out for my husband. She looked after us made me a cup of tea gave my husband glass of water. The centre is lovely but it needs wheel chairs of different sizes porters chairs small medium and large and extra large. Also needs chairs that are high there was a lot of elderly who struggled to get out of the chairs. My husband is waiting for a hip replacement he couldn't sit in any of the chairs because they where too low. So was left st... read more
My wife and I have been receiving ENT treatment at this clinic. We are both absolutely amazed by the level of care and efficiency at this practice. Not only are we seen on time, but we have had the best treatment and follow up too. From entering to leaving, we could not have asked for a more pleasant and professional service. Thank you to everyone, you're doing a great job.
I was having a colonoscopy today at Eccleshill treatment centre.On arrival the Nurse Tina greeted me and took me in to the ward .What a lovely nurse,she could not do enough for me.When they was ready for me I was introduced to the Doctor Allakkari and her two nurses Rowena and Noeme .knowing that I was very nervous they made me comfortable and let me know what they doing .
