I was after a Lexus IS and saw online that Ecclesall Motor Company had one in. We went down to the showroom and, despite the situation of the place, we had no trouble parking. We were greeted by Tony, one of the owners, who was a thoroughly nice chap. Not pushy at all. Took me for a test drive and was very patient with me (it's some years since I'd driven an automatic!).
