My wife recently had an extraction and she can honestly say it was better than having a check up or even a filling - the whole experience was excellent
Friendly and professional. The young lady who works on the front desk is always polite and professional. She started when the new people tuck over from Steve . She always finds solutions to problems like emergency appointments . I forgot to book an appointment for 2 weeks after my antibiotics to have root canel and was quite frustrated that I was going to have to wait another month . Within 20 minutes she had rebooked me in with another dentist that had availability. They always explain things really well and supply options ... read more
Nervous about new 'regime', after change of ownership, but absolutely brilliant experience with dentist Mel Needham and her assistant. Everything was fully explained & extremely gently carried out and regular checks on my comfort. I cannot praise them enough & won't worry when my next appointment is due. Many thanks.
