Very pleasant experience. Marlene was amazing, very reassuring throughout the entire process.
This was my first sleep study, and it went smoothly. The staff were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. They really do everything in their power to make you comfortable, whether it’s helping you to the bathroom, getting you a glass of water, an extra blanket, a fan. The hook up process is quite lengthy. The bed is quite comfortable surprisingly. I’m not the kind of person who writes reviews, but I’m hoping maybe this will help someone who’s in the same predicament that I was in. I’m an anxious person in general, and I was really dreading having a sleep study done.
