Cary and his team rocked! Great price, ontime install, and they REALLY hustled to get the system installed and activated in time to meet a tax deadline that saved us $1000s of dollars, literally! Shop no more, hire then people, they are the best!
I had a Great Experience with the folks at ECC Solar as they came to Corrales, NM and with the highest of Quality and Professional Workmanship completed the job in days! The team led by the owner stepped me thru each step of the process and that helped me stay informed where I felt part of the team. I especially like getting a lesson how solar worked and watching the meters go backwards meaning instead of using, I was giving back to the grid and starting to save $$. Very Impressed!
Happy, but I feel that remote monitoring should have been included. Customer service is good. Room for improvement.
