Very helpful. 4 1/2 hrs from the nearest store that sells my brand. They were very helpful and patient as asked questions and refused almost each brand and flavor until finally deciding on something.
Ray is AMAZING!!!!!! His customer service is 2nd to none!!!! Knowledgeable, patient, friendly! He remembered me & my name after going there once, remembered my juice brands/flavors, and calls me when it is restocked. I've been in Management most of my career, and wish I would have had 100 more Rays for employees!! Please recognize this young man, and be thankful he is representing your business. Employees like him are hard to find, or keep!! His business sense & recommendations are the reason I quit buying ejuice online.
