When I first saw the rug in the room all I could say was Whoa,!.Great experience. There was always some in there to help me through the process and ask questions. Un choix tellement vaste avec des formats qu'on ne trouve pas facilement dans les autres magasins de tapis. Tapis tissés à la main, on sent la qualité. Soyez attentifs car certains tapis ont un contour légèrement déformé ou une finition asymétrique, mais on peut le voir dans les photos sur le site web généralement. I have to change my review based on my recent experience with this retailer. I've bought several rugs from ecarpetgallery in the past year to furnish an office and I contacted them twice by email to ask about an issue and they didn't respond in either case. I was asking about how best to clean a rug that was discoloured by tap water. After getting no response I googled the type of rug (viscose) and learned that plain water can permanently stain them though under the care instructions on their website it only suggests regular... read more
UPDATED: They have issued a credit to me CC for $400 for the cost to repair the rug. Wish it didn't take so long, and a negative review to get this done, but glad they did the right thing and it is finally done. Purchased a rug that was not packed properly by them and got damaged in shipping. After notifying them, they said they would cover cost of repair. After I sent them receipts for cost of repair they stopped responding to emails and calls. I am out $400 and hours of time to repair the rug.
les prix sont parfois inférieurs comparativement avec d'autres vendeurs de tapis en ligne, mais tous les tapis que j'ai achetés d'eux ont des imperfections si je compare ceux avec d'autres marchands. (petits défauts de couleurs, des noeuds apparents sur l'endroit, défauts de desseins, asymétrie etc....)
