I've looked at many rug companies online, and ECarpetGallery is the best I've found. Multiple photos for each rug: close-ups, underside, edges, pantone chart strips that show field colours. Very reasonable prices for quality hand-knotted wool rugs. Great communication--knowledgeable, genuinely helpful, and well-written. Very quick shipping. AND it's a Canadian family-owned company!
Delightful experience. I’ve purchased many carpets over the years and the quality of the rugs I’ve bought here at eCarpet Gallery far exceed their prices. There was an inventory error with one of the items I ordered and the resolution was immediate. The customer service specialist I worked with was so kind and in the end, the replacement rug was lovelier than the one I initially ordered. I’m looking for a reason to buy another rug!
I'm from Ottawa but just purchased a Hamadan rug online. The service was fantastic! Great advice, prompt responses, and even provided me a mock-up of the two different rugs I was considering so I could see what they would look like in my living room. Would highly recommend!
