We received our 'modern oushak' wool rug today and are very pleased. It is slightly lighter than the promo pics indicated, but regardless it is quite lovely. It fits perfectly size wise and colour wise. The delivery was within two days! I am pleased this is a Canadian based, family operation. Their attention to detail and tech support is fabulous. We will most definitely buy another rug from this great company and we will recommend ecarpetgallery to our family and friends.
Recently purchased 2 lovely, well crafted, good quality rugs from this company and can’t say enough about how pleased we are with the products and efficiency of the purchasing process. Rugs arrived within a day or two of ordering and appeared just as I’d hoped. Inclusion of Pantone swatches for color accuracy was a huge help. Will definitely be a repeat customer
Have purchased several different kinds of area rugs and have been very pleased with the quality until i recently purchased a runner from india. Don’t purchase ANY of these because they are CRAP. The quality is really bad and it sheds NONSTOP. They’re loaded up with these subpar rugs so, don’t fall for it regardless of price. Machine made nightmare that leaves clumps of wool everywhere! Seriously Bad Choice-
