After placing an order on Oct 26, I have still not received. When I called to inquire they admitted that there was an error but that my cards wouldn’t arrive before I needed them. Refused to send them to me in time or help in any manner. Told me to print fake paper ones to hand to my customer in the meantime - very unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would. After placing an order for our business in September 2020, by November we still had not received our order. The customer service was poor, with more than a few emails going unanswered. In addition to emails being avoided by staff, when I did interact with Traci, I felt she was defensive and rude to me. They make good quality cards if your a customer. ( thats why 2 stars) But as an employee all they do is lie to you and they have VERY specific roles for males and females and they do NOT like when those roles are crossed!! I wouldn't recommend any female to apply here unless your comfortable with staying in " your place" with no questions. I personally will never work here again. Im glad I was just seasonal.

We used eCard Systems to create gift cards for our awesome customers. The cards were prepaid and the artwork was uploaded. eCard went ahead with production but never sent over a proof for approval. When we received the cards, there was an obvious misprint on the card which was not on the provided artwork. The zip code was also incorrect and could have been caught at the proof stage.
