4 times they screwed up my bill for my son’s surgery. Who is running billing for them? Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time I have spent trying to correct their errors. In order I have dealt with: wrong policyholder ( evidently they think a young child can be a policyholder), name spelled wrong for patient, wrong policyholder again (even though this had been confirmed multiple times) missing member code information, then they confirmed to me a corrected claim was sent to my insurance (after my 4th call), and then a month... read more
This anesthesia group never filed a claim to our insurance company when my son had surgery. all other groups involved did file because the insurance information was provided to the facility before the surgery. I was billed $3,000. I paid it but after receiving several other bills i realized that someone must not have filed because we more than paid our deductible. It has taken hours to figure out what happened and they are now asking us to wait months to even start processing a refund. No apologies from the company.
Cannot contact them to set up payments. They have it outsourced and are requiring me to pay $300 per month for a $1100 bill. The company that handles their billing informed me that is what they require. Who can pay that?
Crooks... they are out of Texas, registered PO Box in Ohio, no HQ contact number on their website.. hmmm. sounds like they are hiding something... crooks
