Ec1 bathrooms were really helpful with picking out products. They delivered everything on time. The toilet had a hairline crack in the seam which wasn't noticed until final installation. I called them up and they delivered a replacement within a day. Highly recommend.

Only bathroom supplier I will use. Colin is an absolute star. His knowledge is superb. Always looks after trade customers and had a huge breadth of knowledge. Excellent deliveries too. Just go here, good quality products that will last and make your bathroom look fabulous.

I was looking for a replacement plug. Very friendly staff, explained these were often not standard sizes. Offered me a replacement part for the spring mechanism. Worked like a charm and only cost me 2 quid!

Cannot say enough about Colin Clarke who is the Director of EC1 Bathrooms grays Inn Road. Although he sells High End bathroom, suites etc. he has always gone out of his way to get us out of any trouble we have had plumbing wise, even if our purchases are small he has never made us feel that it is a waste of his time. Nothing is too much trouble for him.And always with a smile. 10 out of 10 for Excellent Customer services. A lot of bigger retailers can learn from him. Thank you Colin.
