My Mother is 77 years old and her trash can has both wheels broken off and a huge hole in the side. She can no longer use the can. We have called numerous times over the last months to order a new can but have gotten no results! Six weeks ago a person actually answered the call and we were told a new can would be delivered within 14 days but it was not! Customer service is non existent in this company! This company should NOT be in business!!

I wouldnt use this company ever again. Takes them over a week to come and empty a 30 yard container. Customer service ignores your calls after the first day. Not to mention residential rarely gets picked up even with Bill's paid in full. Find another company to handle waste services and save yourself the hassle.

Amazing how customer service was great when setting up an account. I was told when I contacted after not receiving a can after 2 1/2 weeks that I would receive it the coming Thursday. Another week has passed with no can and they tell me I should have it that day, but if not they don't know when it will be delivered. Surprisingly easy to take my money in advance, but not so easy to deliver on the services promised. Pathetic!!
