When I started my little vape shop in a town of 3K people, I found EC because I thought CA was a fastest shipping for me. EC helped me when my little shops orders were $200 instead of $2000. I'm still a tiny account and continue to receive excellent service from Steven at EC Supply.
Incredibly disgusting customer service. Not one person ever answered the phone. I used to do business with this disgusting company but will not anymore. They went downhill instead of improving their service. Stingy management trying to save a penny here and there and not hiring workers to serve their customers.
Horrible company with the worst customer service on earth. They never answer the phone and never reply to messages. I will give them minus star if I can.
They have the best price on all vape products and Ian is the best Sales Rep and so does Jeremy.
