She were incredibly proactive and took the time to follow up and ensure that my order/issue were completely resolved and that I had everything I needed. I contacted EC Ruff Marine looking to replace the leg gasket for my Max Power Bow Thruster and provided Karen, who answered my call the part number. She said she needed to look at her inventory and would call me back. Within minutes she called me back and texted a picture of the part I needed confirming it was correct.
