Unfortunately a disaster of an experience. 3 1/2 months and not resolved until I called in another vendor, which only took them 1 hour to resolve. Service originally was for a bow thruster with intermittent service. With $5k in repairs and a new motor installed, nothing worked neither bow or stern. They walked away when it became too complicated for the technician It turned out to be a wiring issue in the end which they couldn’t address. I was ghosted for weeks on end.

Had Zipwake installed on my cobia 32. Very competent yard, they know what they’re doing. Also helped with other things I had on the boat such as blisters and other stuff.

EC Ruff Marine is the place to get it done. Quality work with reasonable pricing. Highly recommended. I had EC Ruff Marine install 2- 150 gallon fuel tanks and replace the fiberglass floor. Outstanding job......Thank you ECRUFF MARINE!!!!!

I contacted EC Ruff Marine looking to replace the leg gasket for my Max Power Bow Thruster and provided Karen, who answered my call the part number. She said she needed to look at her inventory and would call me back. Within minutes she called me back and texted a picture of the part I needed confirming it was correct. Karen’s Assistance and attention to detail, went above and beyond my expectations. As a result, I placed my order and it shipped the next day. Thank Karen at EC Ruff Marine!
