E.C. Plumbing was hired based on a competitive bidding process to replace a tankless water heater and was selected for a combination of factors (quality, value and timeliness). The work was done on time, and two change orders were approved by me. The change orders were for an unforeseen condensation drain line and for the installation of inline matching water softener for tankless water heaters (that was not part of the original bid). My go-to plumber was tied up, so he recommended Eric, his former student. I fully explained the issue before Eric showed up, but his solution was just to snake the line instead of addressing the underlying issue. This didn’t fix the problem.
