These guys are the best Mercedes repair workshop in NZ by far. Supremely knowledgeable, fair and reasonable charges and nice people to deal with. I will be with them for life! Ive taken my Mercedes CLS550 to EC Mercedes in the past year and they’ve been incredible. When you feel as if anything is wrong with your car they pin point the exact problems and provide options so that your not using too much out of the bank at once. Step by step very professional, for any minor issues they can get the job done asap. highly recommended. 👍👍👍
I've had some great general auto-mechanics over the years - but EC Mercedes are next level! A few years ago my car had a limp-model error...went through 3 different workshops who couldn't fix it, before arriving at EC where it was instantly diagnosed. Wouldn't take my Merc anywhere else now. Prompt service, know-everything/fix-everything, AND transparent fair pricing. Thanks guys, you're awesome!
