I was looking for a place to get back in to CrossFit and East Coast was down the street from my house so I decided to check it out, from day one everyone was amazing and very welcoming Sam the owner is amazing and always checking in with me to make sure I’m doing good or need anything all the coaches have been absolutely amazing. I highly recommend east coast if you’re trying to get back in to shape or get back to doing CrossFit.

Great community! Members and coaches are welcoming and meet you where you’re at on your journey. They have a variety of morning, evening, and open gym times. Everyone is always looking to help and brings great energy. They also have an option for nutrition which has been huge in jumpstarting a healthier lifestyle. The classes have a ton of variety making it more fun than a task. Overall just great people and a great time. Highly recommend!

I’ve found my gym family at East Coast Fit! Since I started, I was received with a warm welcome and felt like I fit right in. I feel I’ve evolved a great deal in the 8 months I’ve been here, hitting many PRs and improving my endurance. Every coach brings something different to the table, all with the goal of making sure we are safe in our lifts, and pushing us to our full potential. Highly highly recommend joining the fam!
