Not going to lie, I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I even made a million excuses of trying to get myself out of it. After my first day, I felt sore but in a good way! Everyone is very nice and inviting. And all the coaches are amazing! I wish I started my journey sooner!!

I partook in the 6 week challenge that is offered - loved it! All of the coaches were fabulous; each brought their unique talents to the classes and were supportive. Fellow gym-mates were very welcoming and there is a great, supportive vibe no matter your fitness level! Sam has a great thing going at this gym!!
