At first all was good, but then Carlos raised my prices and did not raise those of the neighbors. When I informed him I would be moving services to another company, he abruptly - and very unprofessionally - did not come the day of service to be rendered and did not refund all of the amount due back to me. Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend using if you want good pricing and reliability. I was kind every step of the way, and feel that unprofessionalism ruled the day here at EC Blue Services.
