Leventis and his crew did a great job with my asbestos siding abatement work. He was on time and transparent from the evaluation to quoting to scheduling to setting expectations and eventually closing the job and supplying the ACP21 document. His crew showed up on time each day, was respectful of my and my neighbors property, disposed of the toxic debris and completed the work ahead of schedule. EC abatement removed the asbestos tiles and the mastic on my 50 year old basement floor. Levantis the owner was great to work with and I chose his company from the four I researched. He explained everything that he needs to do and how it would be done. It was 2 days including testing during and after the efficient removal. They followed protocol and covered everything in plastic from ceiling to pipes to walls and wore the white suits. Fantastic work on our old 1950’s asbestos basement floor in Plainview. Very fast & very professional & very reasonable. They left no trace of the dangerous asbestos behind, painted the floor white, & it also passed the environmental inspection. I would definitely use them again & highly recommend them.
