Very positive experience. Receive everything exactly as ordered. Hinges are exactly as described. Corey was very quick to communicate and easy to work with. This site will be my go to for all hardware in the future.
Just made my 4th purchase from EbuilderDirect in 5 years. Service is always great. I've outfitted/updated 3 homes with new cabinet hardware in kitchens and baths. My first purchased was removing all the 90's bright brass knobs/hinges in our home we had lived in for 17 years. Ebuilderdirect products are comparable to Home Improvement Stores and much more affordable! The service is always friendly. This little company is great, well kept secret. If you are a handyman, remodeler, investor, or DIYer Ebuilderdirect is for you.
The worst door handles we have ever used/installed. Screws strip after single use, hardware doesn’t stay tightened, hardware is very cheap- our long term installers said they have never worked with such junk! Screw covers don’t stay in! Dummy knobs pull off and thus don’t open the door (see picture). We wanted to try local, but it surely didn’t pay off. We are builders and have been in business for over 15 years.
