What a waste of time! Dr. Ebuen-Mercado was abrupt, rude and judgemental. Obviously did not read my chart and took a poor history. Kept saying, “You should know that.”, like she was scolding me. I left the office feeling terrible and like I had just wasted my afternoon. On top of that, she ordered my medication incorrectly! I will never return. Wow.
Dr. Mercado has been a dedicated professional physician, who truly cares about her patients.

This office is a joke! Run run run! Very unprofessional staff and not very bright. Dr is very unprofessional and rude. Seems like every time I go I have to wait at least an hour or more before I even go back to a room. Always a new person in the office, can’t keep staff and they have no clue what they are doing. Took me 2 weeks to get an apointment with a specialist.
No follow up from hospital stay. Left to arrange own appointments with specialist. Maybe too old to be practicing.
I truly believe that this doctor hasn't a clue about making diagnoses. I've had a few clashes with her due to her dismissive nature and her sometimes rude attitude. The only thing she is good at is giving physicals. I would not recommend her to any good friends or relatives. I currently am in the process of finding a better Doctor.
Dr. Ebuen-Mercado does not have any appreciation for her patience time. I had to wait in her office for 45 mins and finally left to go back to work. I had to reschedule and then her office secretary called me 15 mins before me arriving to reschedule my appointment that her office confirmed with me originally. Needless to say I fired her. I now have a Dr who appreciates my time and never keeps me waiting. When my appointment is for 1pm I get seen at 1pm. She has a piss poor service.
Dr. Ebuen-Mercado has been very good for both my 86 year old mother and me. She listens and doesn't think twice about referring you to a specialist if need be. She has always been very personable with me and I really enjoy going to her.
