If I could give them a 6 star rating I would. James went completely out of my way to help me address issues with my car and had parts on hand. He got more power than I expected out of it, I could not be happier. Stop looking and hit them up.

Just picked up my Speed3 from Jesse at Ebtec and couldn't be more pleased. He solved all the trouble codes and got me back in my car in just a of couple days. James did my dyno tune in 2020 after my husband installed a larger Garrett turbo to replace the stock one and it's still going strong. It's a 2½ hour drive to Ebtec from my house but I trust James and Jesse; they know and understand performance cars. If they don't get back to you right away, be patient and keep trying. They're busy guys but they'll get to you.
Tuner (guy who’s not Jesse) is maximum rude. Acted like he’s never met a human before. Probably does great work on tunes but I’m on the 1 strike policy these days. Whoever runs the instagram communicated half decent but I left voicemail and tried to call several times no call back. Showed up with my car on the trailer ready but they have such a mess had no idea where to put it. Let them know via instagram and they said all good. Wasted my time and it’s all good!
