Needed to get my newly purchased 2020 Lowrider S serviced for the first time so I took it over to EBT performance as I’ve only ever heard good things about it on Harley forums in Melbourne. After having the service done it’s clear why EBT performance has such a great reputation. You can tell the owner/operator Callum not only has a great knowledge of Harley’s but a passion for it. Took my grumpy hand grenade of a Harley with a 120R engine here for a dyno tune and new lifters. Calum was amazing. He found a couple of other minor issues and sorted them. The tune itself smoothed out the power and increased it by 10% at least and a 20% torque increase. Calum is a trye gentleman with great people skills. His banter is as you would expect from a bike mechanic and his hospitality is great. His pricing is fair and reasonable given the work he has done. He has definitely earned this positive review.
