Needed to get my newly purchased 2020 Lowrider S serviced for the first time so I took it over to EBT performance as I’ve only ever heard good things about it on Harley forums in Melbourne. Took my grumpy hand grenade of a Harley with a 120R engine here for a dyno tune and new lifters. Calum was amazing. He found a couple of other minor issues and sorted them. The tune itself smoothed out the power and increased it by 10% at least and a 20% torque increase. Calum is a trye gentleman with great people skills. Callum did amazing job on my 19 slim. He did stage 2 upgrade and a service. Bike is running so smooth and is very enjoyable to ride now. Feels completely different bike now
